Innovation Law has always been an important part of the legal services of the principal of Seftcorp Law, Grant Sefton. His experience has been gained over 40 years, and commenced whilst working in-house for multinational companies Alcoa of Australia Ltd and CRA Limited (now Rio Tinto).
Innovation Law services provided by Seftcorp Law comprise of intellectual property law and information technology law, as well as the legal aspects connected with creating and developing an innovation business or framework, such as capital raising for start-ups and early stage innovative companies, collaborative research arrangements and funding structures to support research and development.
Grant Sefton is also an active and experienced angel investor, investing in several start-up and early stage innovative companies through Hunter Angels and separately. This involvement has equipped Seftcorp Law with the experience and contacts to provide a comprehensive service to those focused on innovative enterprises.
